Sustainability Matters Daily welcomes thoughtful contributions from writers, researchers, professionals and organisations with genuine knowledge to share.
We publish practical, evidence-led articles that help readers understand environmental issues, make informed choices and live more sustainably. If you have a strong idea that fits our publication, we would be pleased to consider your pitch. Before pitching, browse our topic guide and latest reporting to see how your expertise could add something useful.
Topics We Cover
We are particularly interested in original articles about:
- Sustainability and environmental protection
- Water quality, filtration and conservation
- Sustainable homes and gardens
- Waste reduction, recycling and the circular economy
- Ethical and eco-friendly products
- Sustainable food and greener eating
- Responsible travel and culture
- Climate-conscious business and innovation
- Nature, biodiversity and conservation
Related ideas may also be considered when they offer a clear environmental, ethical or public-interest benefit.
What We Look For
Successful contributions should:
- Offer useful information, informed analysis or practical advice.
- Be written for readers rather than search engines.
- Demonstrate genuine knowledge of the subject.
- Support factual claims with reliable, current sources.
- Be original and not published elsewhere.
- Use clear headings, concise paragraphs and accessible language.
- Disclose relevant commercial interests or conflicts of interest.
- Be carefully checked for accuracy before submission.
There is no rigid word-count requirement. Most published features are between 800 and 2,000 words, but the appropriate length depends on the subject.
We do not accept fabricated claims or sources, lightly rewritten material, undisclosed promotional content, or articles created primarily to manipulate search rankings.
Editorial Standards
Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. We may edit submissions for accuracy, clarity, structure, tone and house style. Headlines, images and other presentation elements may also be changed before publication.
Any recommendations or environmental claims must be supportable. Content that exaggerates sustainability credentials, conceals commercial interests or could mislead readers will be rejected.
We do not accept content promoting gambling, adult services, illegal activity, hate, discrimination or unsafe practices. Political and public-policy topics may be considered when they are directly relevant to sustainability and approached constructively and with credible evidence.
Commercial and Sponsored Enquiries
We also consider selected sponsored articles, expert contributions and collaborations from organisations that align with our subject matter and editorial values.
Commercial involvement must be disclosed when you contact us. Acceptance is never automatic: every proposed article is reviewed for relevance, accuracy, reader value and suitability for the publication. Fees may apply to commercial submissions.
How to Pitch
Please email support@sustainabilitymattersdaily.com with:
- Two or three proposed titles
- A short summary of each idea
- Your name, background and relevant expertise
- Links to previous work, if available
- Details of any company, client or commercial interest involved

Please do not send a completed article before receiving approval for the topic.
We review each proposal individually and will respond when an idea appears suitable. Due to the volume of enquiries, we may not be able to reply to every submission.
